Kayla! I think those ideas are awesome, especially the first one about college students gaining weight in school. I am in my fourth year of college and I still find it difficult to keep weight off with all of the junk food and other unhealthy items that are being thrown our way. I look forward to reading your groups project!

I really liked your news story on College students packing on pounds via drinking, and overeating. I think that is something that all students struggle with. Living away from home and being exposed to all kinds of all you can eat places and unlimited junk food can be quite tempting. I know that personally my problem was the unlimited access to energy drinks (and pizza…). [Especially during stressful weeks, research papers being due, and the dreaded finals week!]
ReplyDeleteI think this would be a great idea for your group project! :-)
